Refund policy

At Brightech Commerce, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in new condition — unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • All tags must remain attached, and the product should be in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. All approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.


How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions and a prepaid shipping label to use for your return.

  • Return shipping is free for all eligible returns that meet the conditions above.

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except when an item is defective or the wrong product was sent. In these cases, we will first attempt to provide a replacement.


Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned items, you will be notified by email regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Once approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • No restocking fees are charged for eligible returns.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (refunds can take some time to post).

  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return.

  • If the gift giver purchased the item and gave it to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Returning Your Item

  • All returns require prior authorization. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label by email.

  • Returns must be sent via mail using the provided label.

  • For your protection, please keep proof of postage.

  • If an item is returned damaged due to customer misuse or negligence, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
