Refund policy
At Brightech Commerce, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, no restocking fee applies, and exchanges are not offered.
Eligibility for returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Returns are accepted for items in new condition only. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to health and safety reasons, used or opened personal care, skincare, and beauty products cannot be returned.
Return costs and fees
We strive to make returns as easy as possible.
Free. We provide a pre-paid return label.
No cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Acceptable return reasons
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you purchased the wrong item or changed your mind, provided the item is unopened and in new condition.
How to initiate a return
Email info@brightechcommerce.co.uk within the 30-day return window.
If your return is eligible, we will send you a downloadable pre-paid return shipping label together with return instructions. Labels may be issued through UPS, Aramex, or Royal Mail depending on your location.
Print the label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@brightechcommerce.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.
