All orders are dispatched via trusted UK carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery across the United Kingdom.


2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 AM (GMT) are processed the same day; orders placed after are processed the next business day.

  • Note: Public holidays may extend processing times.


3. Dispatch & Notification

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.


4. Delivery Times

  • Transit Time: 1–2 business days after dispatch (Monday– Friday).

  • Total Delivery: 1–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or courier delays.


5. Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. International shipping is not available at this time.


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for all orders. The price you see at checkout already includes shipping — there are no hidden fees or extra charges.


7. Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link provided in the dispatch email.

  2. If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 3 business days, contact our customer support team.

  3. For shipments confirmed lost, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
