Directions

• Wash your face with the cleanser and warm water, then pat your face dry.
• Thoroughly wet your nose with water before applying a strip.
• With dry hands, remove a strip from its packaging and apply the shiny side to your nose, pressing down to remove air bubbles.
• Leave the strip on for 10-15 minutes until it dries completely and becomes firm.
• Slowly peel the strip from the edges towards the centre, then rinse your nose with cold water.
