Directions

  • Choose a shade at least one level darker than your natural hair color.
  • Gather two boxes of colorant, a plastic mixing bowl, brush, gloves, comb, scissors, and petroleum jelly.
  • Apply petroleum jelly along the hairline to help protect the skin from staining.
  • Mix the colorant according to the instructions on the box.
  • Divide hair into small sections and apply the color evenly with a brush.
  • Leave the color on for 30 minutes.
  • Rinse with warm water and shampoo until the water runs clear.
  • Apply the included hair color care conditioner after washing.
