Hair System Blue Hair Lightening Powder contains potassium persulfate, ammonium persulfate, and a lightening complex for use on natural or color-treated hair.

- Contains potassium persulfate, ammonium persulfate, sodium metasilicate, citric acid, sodium stearate, silica, and magnesium oxide

Directions
- Wash and dry the hair thoroughly before use.
- Mix one spoonful of powder with two spoonfuls of oxygen at the appropriate concentration: 10, 20, 30, or 40, depending on the desired degree of lightening.
- Apply the mixture evenly to the hair with a brush.
- Leave on for 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the desired degree of lightening.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, then use a moisturizing conditioner.
Warnings
- Avoid contact between the powder and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water and consult a doctor.
- Do not use on an irritated or infected scalp.
- Store in a cool, dry place at approximately 25C.
