Directions

  • Wet the body thoroughly with water.
  • Open the pouch and insert a hand into the pad.
  • Rub the white embossed side over the body to create a lather, then gently scrub.
  • Roll the green side over areas where dead skin cells accumulate, such as elbows and ankles.
  • Rinse the body with lukewarm water.
  • Use 1-2 times a week.
