COSRX Hydrium Watery Toner is a facial toner formulated with polymorphous hyaluronic acid and vitamin B5 (panthenol). It provides hydration and is suitable for oily, dry and combination skin.

Care instructions
- Store in a cool, dry place.
Directions
- After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and gently wipe the face.
- For use as a sheet mask, soak cotton pads with toner and apply them to the face for 10-20 minutes.
- To use as a moisturising cleanser, mix the toner with water in an 8:2 ratio and rinse the face with the mixture.
