Directions

  • For hair: Warm a small amount between your hands, massage onto the scalp, leave for 30 minutes, then wash with shampoo. Use once or twice weekly as a pre-shampoo treatment.
  • For skin: Apply a small amount after showering and massage gently until absorbed.
  • For massage: Warm a small amount and use for body massage.
