Usage

Place the Chemex filter into the top of the brewer. Add your desired amount of medium-coarse ground coffee into the filter. Slowly pour hot water over the grounds in a circular motion, allowing the coffee to drip into the carafe below. Once brewing is complete, remove the filter and serve.
