Directions

• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Fill the cap with approximately 10-15 ml of mouthwash.
• Rinse the mouth for 30 seconds, then spit out the mouthwash.
• Use twice daily, in the morning and before bed, after brushing the teeth.

• Avoid swallowing the mouthwash. If swallowed, seek medical help immediately.
