Directions

• Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.
• Peel off the backing paper.
• Place the pad against your underwear and press firmly to secure it.
• Change every 4-6 hours or as needed.
• Wash your hands before and after handling pads, and dispose of used pads in the bin. Do not flush pads down the toilet.
