Directions

  • Shake the bottle well before use to mix the two phases.
  • Apply a small amount to a cotton pad.
  • Gently press the cotton pad onto closed eyelids for a few seconds, then wipe away makeup.
  • Repeat if necessary until all makeup is removed.
