Directions

• Attach the mat to a chair with the elastic straps or place it on another suitable support.
• Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the mat, then plug the home adapter into a 100240V outlet.
• Turn on the device with the controller and customize the massage settings using the controller or smart app.
• Use the region buttons to select the shoulders, lumbar area, back, or legs; activate heat and adjust vibration intensity as desired.
• To use the neck pillow separately, connect it to the home adapter; when finished, place the controller in the side pouch.
