Directions

• Place the massager on a flat floor.
• Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding port on the massager.
• Plug the home adapter into an electrical outlet; the adapter supports 110120V and 220240V.
• Turn on the device using the operating control panel.
• Use the control buttons to select the massage mode, intensity, and heat setting.
