Directions

• Attach the massager to a chair using the elastic straps, or place it on another suitable support.
• Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the cushion and plug the home adapter into an outlet.
• Turn on the device using the controller and select the desired massage area and intensity.
• Place a blanket or towel between your body and the device to soften the massage pressure if needed.
• When finished, place the controller in the side pouch.

Warnings

• The device automatically switches off after the 15-minute timer ends.
• Remove the adapter from the outlet when the device is not in use.
• Do not set up or use the massager in a bathroom or other wet or damp area.
• Allow your body regular rest periods and do not exceed 15 minutes of continuous massage per session or three sessions per day.
• The heating function cannot be used independently.
