Directions

• Moisten the toothbrush under running water and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste.
• Hold the toothbrush at approximately a 45-degree angle and brush all tooth surfaces gently using circular or short back-and-forth strokes.
• Rinse the mouth and toothbrush thoroughly with water after brushing.
• Use at least twice daily, preferably after meals.
