Directions

• Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums so the bristles reach below the gumline.
• Gently brush along the gumline using short, back-and-forth circular strokes.
• Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of the teeth.
• Tilt the brush vertically to clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth with several up-and-down strokes.
• Brush for 2 minutes, spending 30 seconds on each quadrant of the mouth.
• Brush twice a day, or as directed by your dentist or doctor.
• For fresher breath, also brush the tongue.
• Replace the toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
