Directions

• If your shoe's current insoles are removable, take them out first.
• Place the removable insole against the Dr. Scholl's insole and trim to match its size.
• If your shoe's insoles are not removable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide near the toes.
• Place the insoles into your shoes toes first with the cloth side up.
• Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
• Replace the insoles every six months or at the first sign of wear.
