Directions

• If your shoes have removable insoles, remove them first and use them as a trimming guide.
• For shoes without removable insoles, cut the insole to your shoe size using the trim guide near the toes.
• Place the insole into the shoe toes first with the cloth side facing up.
• Ensure the heel rests firmly in the heel of the shoe.
• Replace every six months or at the first sign of wear.
