Directions
- For a bath soak, pour at least 2 cups under warm, running bath water and soak for 20 minutes.
- For exfoliation, mix a handful of Epsom salt with a handful of body wash and gently massage onto skin.
- For topical comfort, add 1 cup to 1 quart of warm water, immerse a washcloth, wring out excess water, and apply the warm washcloth to the affected area until it cools; repeat two or three times.
