Directions
- With clean hands, roll the ear plug between your fingers to soften it.
- Shape it into a cone or roll it into a ball between your palms.
- Place it in the ear and flatten it firmly with your thumb or index finger to seal the ear opening. Do not press deeply into the ear.
- To remove, press up behind the ear to loosen the plug, then remove it with your fingertips.
Warnings
