Directions

• Remove the paper backing and press the adhesive side of the pad onto underwear.
• If the pad has wings, remove the backing from the extra flaps, fold them around the sides of the underwear and press firmly underneath.
• Change the pad regularly, usually every 3-4 hours or more often if flow is heavy, and match the pad's absorption capacity to your flow.
