Directions
- Swipe the pencil across the desired eyelid or waterline area.
- For eyelid lining, keep the upper eyelid flat and use small strokes along the eyelashes, starting at the inner corner and moving outward.
- For a winged look, draw diagonally from the wing tip toward the middle of the upper lash line, then fill the gaps.
