Directions

  • Place each pad inside a nursing bra or nursing tank with the ultra-soft mesh side against the skin and the Lansinoh heart facing outward.
  • Position the contoured edge toward the bottom.
  • Change after each feeding or when saturated, then machine wash after every use.
  • For best results, place the pads in the included mesh wash bag.

Warnings

  • Wash in the provided mesh bag using the gentle or delicate cycle with warm water at 40C/105F.
  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
  • Lay flat to dry.
  • Change the pads often to help maintain skin health.
