Directions

• For the lash line, apply along the upper lash line in short strokes while holding the pencil horizontally.
• For tightlining, apply between the lashes using a dot-and-wiggle motion.
• For the waterline, apply directly to the lower and/or upper waterline.
• Sharpen regularly with a clean, sharp sharpener. Ensure the pencil fits snugly, then turn it a full 360 degrees to reveal approximately a quarter inch of product.
