Directions

• Use twice daily, especially in the morning and evening after brushing.
• Pour 20 ml, equivalent to four 5 ml teaspoonfuls, into a glass.
• Rinse around the teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out.
• Use 10 ml for children aged between 6 and 12 years.
