Masimo Radius T 4823-400 is a wearable thermometer that continuously measures body temperature during the day and sleep. It displays temperature trends and sends mobile app notifications when a fever is detected.

• Includes three disposable continuous temperature sensors, each designed for up to 8 days or 192 hours of use.
• Measures temperature with stated accuracy of 0.1C across the 25C to 43C range.
• The sensor is applied to the upper chest below the left collarbone and is suitable for adults and children aged 5 and over.
• Compatible with Android and iOS devices through the Masimo Radius T mobile app.
• The sensor is water resistant to IP24 and can be worn in the shower, but must not be submerged.

Care instructions

• To remove and reapply the sensor, gently wipe the exposed adhesive with an alcohol swab and allow it to dry before reapplying.
• The sensor can be worn in the shower but should not be submerged, including during swimming or diving.

Directions

• Download the Masimo Radius T app and follow its instructions to pair the sensor.
• Remove the sensor from its pouch and pull the tab to activate the battery.
• Choose a hair-free, clean and dry application site on the upper chest below the left collarbone.
• Remove the plastic film from the sensor back, apply it to the site and press around the adhesive to secure it.

Warnings

• Do not self-diagnose or self-medicate based on the measurements; consult your doctor.
• Do not use the sensors if you experience allergic reactions to adhesive tape.
• An orange or red battery light indicates that the battery is close to depletion.
