Directions

  • Download and install the VitaDock+ app on a compatible smartphone or tablet.
  • Place the scale on a flat, hard surface.
  • Open the VitaDock+ app and create a user profile.
  • Step barefoot onto the scale with feet evenly distributed on the electrodes.
  • Allow the scale to recognize the user and complete the measurement.
  • View the results on the display and sync data with the VitaDock+ app.
