Directions

• Hot water: Place the gel pack in boiled water for 2 to 3 minutes, remove it, wipe it clean, and place it in the supplied cover.
• Microwave: Heat the gel pack for the time recommended on the pack using high power, then place it in the supplied cover. Knead the pack to distribute heat evenly.
• Cold therapy: Place the pack in a freezer or refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before use.
• Always insert the gel pack in the supplied cover or a clean towel before applying it to the skin. Apply for as long as comfortable and re-warm it once it reaches room temperature.

Warnings

• Do not overheat; the hot pack should be comfortably warm.
• If you have heart disease or hypertension, consult a doctor or physiotherapist before use.
• Stop immediately if discomfort occurs.
• For external use only; do not ingest or apply excess pressure.
