Directions

• Tear away the perforated seal and pull apart the double-zipper seal.
• Open the bag by gently squeezing the left and right corners of the seal.
• Pour expressed milk into the bag and gently remove excess air.
• Secure the double-zipper seal and run your fingers over it to ensure it is locked.
• Label the bag with the name, date, and volume using a permanent ink marker.
• Lay the sealed bag flat in the refrigerator or freezer.
• To thaw, keep the sealed bag overnight in the refrigerator or hold it under warm water; do not use a microwave or boiling water.
• With the bag sealed, gently tilt it back and forth to blend separated milk, then pour it into a sterile feeding container and feed immediately.
• Do not reuse storage bags; dispose of them safely.
