Directions

• Apply morning and/or evening.
• Warm the milk between the palms of your hands.
• Apply using upward strokes with the flat hand on the arms, and alternate flat hands on the stomach, thighs, and buttocks.
• Make figure-of-eight movements, applying pressure on the upward movement and returning gently without pressure.
• For soft and smooth skin, apply a body scrub once or twice a week.
