Obagi C Balancing Toner is an alcohol-free liquid toner formulated for normal to oily skin, with witch hazel and aloe for a soothing, non-drying feel.

Product details

  • Adjusts the skin's pH without drying it out
  • Witch hazel helps remove excess oil
  • Aloe provides soothing and antioxidant properties
  • 198 ml liquid toner

Directions

  • Use twice daily, in the morning and evening after cleansing.
  • Pump a small amount onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over the entire face.
  • Allow the product to air dry completely; do not rinse off.
