Directions
- Dip the brush once and apply to the skin along the upper lash line on both eyes.
- Do not wash off, and allow the serum to dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products.
- Apply twice daily, morning and evening, to clean, dry skin.
- There is no need to apply the serum to the lower lash line.
