Directions

• Choose a brush size that fits comfortably between the teeth without forcing it.
• For front teeth, gently insert the brush straight between the teeth and move it back and forth several times.
• For back teeth, gently bend the brush to an angle of 45 to 90 degrees, insert it between the teeth, and move it back and forth.
• Repeat for each space and spit out any food residue.
• Reuse the brush multiple times, and replace it every few months or when it becomes worn.
• Use before or after brushing your teeth.
