Directions

• Wipe the inside of the shoe clean.
• Peel off the plastic cover from the bottom of the cushion.
• Place the cushion in the shoe with the patterned side facing up and the pointed end toward the heel.
• Position under the ball of the foot for the most comfortable fit.
• If needed, wash with water and mild soap, then leave to air dry.
• Replace every 6 months.
