RefectoCil tinting cream provides an even pure black tint for eyebrows and eyelashes. The aqua-based cream contains hydrogenated castor oil and develops in 10 minutes.

Directions

• Wash and dry hands before use.
• Wash eyebrows and eyelashes with a mild face wash, then ensure they are completely dry.
• Place eye protection paper below the lower lash line.
• Squeeze a small amount of tint onto a sanitized plate.
• With eyes closed, apply the tint to eyelashes using a clean mascara wand.
• Apply the tint to eyebrows in gentle strokes.
• Allow the tint to develop for 10 minutes.
• Remove the tint with water on a cotton pad.
