Directions

• Charge the device fully before first use.
• Wrap the massager around your feet and secure it with the Velcro.
• Press the power button on the remote to turn it on.
• Press the mode button to select P1, P2, or P3.
• Press the heat button to select Low, Medium, or High.
• Use the massager for up to 20 minutes; it will shut off automatically.
• To turn it off manually, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
• Unwrap the massager and store it in a cool, dry place.
