Directions

• Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet and turn on the controller.
• Press the controller button to select low, medium, or high heat.
• Wrap the pad around the desired body area and secure it with the snap fasteners, weighted edges, and straps.
• Use for up to 90 minutes; the pad will automatically turn off, or press and hold the controller button for 3 seconds to turn it off manually.
• Unplug the power cord, detach the controller, and allow the pad to cool completely before storing or washing it.
