Directions

• Place the massage pillow around the desired body area and adjust the Velcro straps for a comfortable, secure fit.
• Connect the power adapter or car adapter to a power source and the massage pillow.
• Turn on the side power switch, then press the controller ON/OFF button.
• Select the massage mode, intensity, zone, and heat settings.
• For spot massage, press SPOT and use the UP and DOWN buttons to position the nodes.
• Press ON/OFF or turn off the power switch to stop, then unplug the adapter and store it safely.
