Directions

• Download the RENPHO Smart Rope app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account.
• Charge the jump rope with the USB cable before first use or when the battery is low.
• Turn on Bluetooth, pair the jump rope with the app, and follow the setup instructions.
• Choose corded or cordless mode and adjust the rope length by loosening the handle screws and cutting excess wire.
• Start jumping to automatically count jumps, calories, time, and speed.
• View workout data and progress in the app.
