Directions

• Wrap the cuff securely around the upper arm according to the user manual instructions.
• Sit relaxed with your back supported and your arm resting on a flat surface at heart level.
• Press the start button; the monitor automatically inflates the cuff, measures blood pressure and heart rate, then deflates it.
• Read the results on the display and store them using the memory function if available on the monitor.
