The Sissel Cover Linum is a 36 38 cm linseed heat therapy pad with a soft 100% cotton cover. Its tri-sectional design helps the pad contour to the body.

• Filled with 100% natural linseed and soft and moldable.
• The cover is made from 100% cotton and coloured blue using natural dye.
• The tri-sectional anatomical design supports even heat distribution.
• Suitable for use on the neck and shoulders, lower back and abdomen.
• Quantity: 1 pad.

Directions

• Microwave at 600 W for 2 minutes, massage the pad for even heat distribution and check the temperature. If needed, heat in additional 30-second intervals, massaging and checking after each interval.
• Microwave at 1,000 W for 60 seconds, then massage and check the temperature. If needed, reheat in additional 20-second intervals until the desired warmth is reached.
• Alternatively, heat in an oven at 70C for 4-6 minutes. Check the temperature frequently and gently massage the pad for even heat distribution; reheat for 2 minutes if required.
