Directions

• Belt A, the belly belt, is recommended for use 1-7 days after vaginal birth.
• Belt B, the waist belt, is recommended for use 1-6 weeks after vaginal birth or after stitch healing from a caesarean section.
• Belt C, the pelvis belt, is recommended for use 7-42 weeks after natural birth or after stitch healing from a caesarean section.
• Put the belt on by pulling equally from both sides, then readjust the tightness without removing it.
