Directions
- Rinse and soak your feet in warm water until the skin softens, with or without soap.
- Wet the file with warm water.
- Using light to medium pressure, rub the coarse side over hardened skin, calluses or corns.
- Switch to the fine rasp side and rub the same area for 2-3 minutes.
- Do not apply high pressure, as this can hurt or damage the skin.
- Rinse the file thoroughly after each use.
- Repeat daily.
