Directions

  • Wet the tongue cleaner with water.
  • Hold your tongue with your hand and extend it from your mouth.
  • Gently clean your tongue from back to front with the tongue cleaner.
  • Rinse the tongue cleaner with water.
  • Repeat the process on the other side of your tongue.
  • Use twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening.

  • Consult your dentist if you have gum or tooth problems.
  • Replace the tongue cleaner every 3-4 months.
