Directions
- Measure approximately 10 to 15ml, or about half a capful.
- Swish thoroughly in the mouth for 30 seconds.
- Tilt the head back and gargle briefly.
- Spit out the solution; do not swallow.
- Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after rinsing.
- Use twice daily, morning and evening, after brushing. Mouthwash supplements brushing and flossing and does not replace them.
