Directions

• Stand approximately 6 inches from a mirror and tilt your chin up to view the entire eyelid.
• Apply concealer or translucent powder to the upper lids and blend to help prevent creasing.
• For close-set or round eyes, line only the outer corners; otherwise, line the entire upper lid.
• Soften the pencil tip by rolling it between your fingers, then gently pull the eyelid taut upward.
• Starting at the inner corner, draw small connected dashes close to the upper lash roots.
• Extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner to make eyes appear larger if desired.
• Use a cotton swab to correct mistakes; for larger areas, use a cotton swab dipped in makeup remover.
• Soften the line with the sponge tip or a cotton swab by blending slightly upward and outward at the corners.
• Brush a matching powder shadow over the liner to help keep it from rubbing off.
