Directions
- Tear off about 18 inches of floss and wind most of it around your middle fingers.
- Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers, then gently insert it between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion.
- Curve the floss around each tooth and slide it up and down against the tooth surface and under the gum line.
- Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth, including behind the back teeth.
