Directions

• Break off about 45 cm of floss and wind most around one finger, with the remainder around the same finger of the opposite hand.
• Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers, then gently slide it between your teeth.
• Curve the floss into a C-shape against each tooth and gently move it up and down.
• Use daily for best results.
