Directions
- Cut approximately 18 inches of floss and wind most around one middle finger, with the remainder around the opposite middle finger.
- Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers and gently insert it between your teeth.
- Move the floss up and down against the tooth surface and under the gum line.
- Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth.
